Digital Photography – Extension
This course is for students who have previously completed the beginners class, or for people comfortable with their cameras, to refresh or reaffirm their skills with supervised feedback.
The content will be “focused” on practising camera skills, improving composition, lighting and general confidence in using the camera in real life locations and situations. There will be a range of topics to choose from, including Portraiture, Landscapes and Nature, Food and Still Life, Travel and Street storytelling, Night and Astrophotography, Retouching, and more.
This course will consist of 2 hours in the classroom on the first night and 2 hours in the classroom on the final night, with the rest of the course being field trips, mainly during daylight hours within the Parramatta area. The times and locations for these field trips will be arranged on the first night of the class in consultation with all the students to find times that the class can agree on that best suits their availability and interests.
Bring your digital camera (one with manual override controls), comfortable shoes, something to write notes with, and your creativity.
This course has no current classes. Please the waiting list.
