It involves gentle, flowing movements that are performed in a slow, controlled and relaxed manner. Today Tai Chi is practiced throughout the world as a highly effective way to promote better health of body and mind. Learn Tai Chi and see your posture and coordination noticably improve. The techniques you will learn will help increase circulation and improve balance. Tai Chi is aimed towards all ages and disabilities.
