Course Details

This is a course for all ages and all levels of fitness. Increase your fitness and feeling of well being in a very sociable atmosphere with Aerobic type movements. We use a shallow pool, heated to 32 degrees during winter (lower during hot weather). And our tutor is patient and friendly, with plenty of experience.

The heated water supports your body and is gentle on the joints and muscles. Both beginners and advanced participants are welcome.
Please note, the following info is for Monday and Wednesday classes only during 6pm-7pm: During this hour, this class combines the low-impact benefits of water exercise with the intensity of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Set in the pool, the class features short bursts of high-energy movements followed by active recovery periods, maximizing calorie burn and cardiovascular fitness while reducing stress on the joints. It's a fun, challenging workout suitable for all fitness levels.

Currently until further notice, classes for Aqua Fitness will be On Wednesdays only, for the 2 time slots of 5pm and 6pm.
