Crochet is one of the oldest crafts in the world, and it is still used today to create many different items and garments. Crochet is known to have many health and wellbeing benefits. As research has shown, the effect that the repetitive motion of crochet has on the brain, is compared to meditating.

This course designed for those who have no or little experience with a crochet hook. You will learn how to do basic stitches such as chain, double, treble and half treble crochet. In this course you will also learn how to increase and decrease, how to form a cluster, a popcorn and a shell stitch, and how to work Front Post and Back Post Treble, as well as how to work in back/front loop only.
