MOVE BETTER, FEEL BETTER - All fitness levels are welcome!

Do you want to get into fitness so that you can be fitter and stronger as you age?
Do you want to get stronger, stay active and connect with like-minded people?
Level up your fitness by joining this fun and engaging small group personal training classes.

In this 8 week fitness program, you will learn different exercises and learn how to perform them properly.
Using body weight functional exercises, this program will help you get better at everyday activities.

Regular exercises can help you:

  • have more energy
  • strengthen your bones and muscles
  • improve your ability to do daily activities and prevent falls
  • reduce the risk of lifestyle related illness
  • learn a healthier way to deal with stress

With a focus on technique, MOVE BETTER FEEL BETTER program will help you gain confidence in your ability to exercise
Come and have fun while moving to songs from 70’s, 80’s, 90’s.

Please bring plenty of water, towel and soft shoes or sneakers for footwear.
