An energetic, fast paced workout, but still suitable for beginners. You don’t have to know how to dance in this class for beginners and continuing students. We want you to love working out and to get hooked. Featuring interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
