The instructor, Karen, has been teaching Pilates and has maintained a membership with the Pilates Institute Australasia (PIA) for 5 years.
She is trained in the Menezes Method which places a strong emphasis on breathing techniques, building core strength and correcting imbalances, and she has completed Cert Levels 1 to 3 Floor classes; ‘Fit Ball’ and ‘Pilates for Pregnancy’.
Karen also holds a Bachelor of Health Science and have been working in the rehab industry for over 15 years.
